Ravenwood Recycle is made to encourage its student body to succumb to sustainability and clothing swaps in place of fast fashion and its fossil fuel detriments. What makes Ravenwood Recycle so special is its accessibility and benefits to worldwide causes. While these funds not only benefit the customer, organizations like GreenPeace and Rainforest Trust are given monetary funds to help combat massive fossil fuel companies, plastic polluters, and multinational companies who destroy our environment. Hello! My name is SienaRae Jackson and I am the founder of Ravenwood Recycle. I am 16 years old and I have a passion for environmental stability. Not only have I had incredible teachers who have aided my passion, but Ive also had the chance to explore a plethora of thrifting spots throughout the world. Traveling all the way to Spain, Ive found memorable pieces in Italy, California, Boston, France, and even more locally in Tennessee. In this process, Ive had the opportunity to interact and understand various cultures and at large, people. Our environment is something many of us take for granted.
